i had a great stay at the red collection during valentine's day. the cleanliness and friendly service exceeded my expectations, especially compared to my previous experiences in orlando. the breakfast was decent, offering a nice variety, and the pool area looked inviting.

the elevator was out of order.

You haven’t truly feasted until you’ve tried their succulent picanha. Plus, it's super close to the hotel. I also enjoyed the clean setup of my Business King Room. it makes you feel right at home.

However, the vibe at the hotel wasn't the best, with some not-so-great guests causing a ruckus. And I must say, the communication with staff could use some finesse—they could've been friendlier.
